Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. ups4d will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by a Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify ups4d customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ups4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their login credentials.
Before processing a withdrawal request, ups4d is required to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC procedures. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
ups4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All ups4d Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no currency conversion charges for Indonesian Members making deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. All displayed balances, bet amounts, and withdrawal figures are in IDR.

ups4d offers a range of promotional Bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a Bonus subject to a 10x Wagering Requirement must be wagered a total of ten times across eligible games before any associated balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games on the ups4d platform contribute equally to satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The contribution rate by game type is specified on each promotion page. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. All Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated at the time of issuance. Any Bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. ups4d will not reinstate expired Bonuses under any circumstances.
ups4d employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting Wagering Requirements (e.g., hedging across outcomes), and colluding with other Members. Where Bonus abuse is detected, ups4d reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the offending Account.
ups4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The availability of a Bonus to any individual Member is at ups4d's sole discretion. Members may opt out of receiving promotional communications by contacting customer support.
All bets and wagers placed on the ups4d sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel draws, and e-sports betting sections are subject to acceptance by ups4d. ups4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds or payout calculations, or where a market has been suspended.
A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Account in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a technical error in the displayed odds is identified; or the outcome of the relevant event is determined to have been affected by match-fixing or other corrupt conduct.
Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, FIFA for international matches, BWF for badminton events). Togel draw results are sourced from the official published results of the respective lottery operator. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the relevant studio provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing procedures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ups4d cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ups4d shall not be liable to any Member for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ups4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your ups4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable Bonus restrictions) will be paid out to your nominated verified payment method. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
ups4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Balances held in Accounts closed for cause (i.e., due to fraud or breach of these Terms) may be forfeited in full. Any legitimate balance remaining in an Account closed for administrative or non-cause reasons will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a material change is made, ups4d will endeavour to notify active Members by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revision takes effect.

Nothing in this clause limits ups4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its Intellectual Property or prevent irreparable harm.
